1. Items without defect cannot be returned and exchanged. We do not provide free returns, as the service is not affordable for us as a wholesaler. Please do understand.
2. You have 7 days to find if an item is defective, if you find any defects on the clothing we provide, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. The items are seriously quality checked before shipping, but it is too hard to 100% guarantee that no defect happens. We are responsible for such situations, refund or exchange will be available then.
2. Returned items must be in their unused conditions with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
